Terms of Service - Manifest Love Coaching

1) Who we are Manifest Love Coaching by Jessica Stewart provides coaching, courses, workshops, and a paid

membership community (the “Services”). 2) Not therapy / no guarantees Services are educational and coaching-based, not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed. You’re responsible for your choices and outcomes.

3) Membership & billing

● Auto-renew: Your membership renews monthly until you cancel.

● Billing: Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges to your card.

● Cancellations: Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing manifestlovecoaching@gmail.com. You’ll retain access through the end of the paid period.

● Refunds: No refunds for past charges, partial months, or missed sessions. Where required by law, statutory rights apply.

● Failed payments: We may pause or terminate access after unsuccessful charges.

4) Trials, promos & changes

We may offer trials/discounts. We may change pricing, features, or schedule with reasonable

notice. If you continue after changes take effect, you accept the changes.

5) Conduct & community

Kindness and confidentiality are required. Harassment, discrimination, hate, or disruption may lead to removal without refund. You’re responsible for what you share.

6) Content & IP

All content (videos, calls, workbooks, frameworks) is owned by Manifest Love Coahing or its licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable license for your own use. No sharing, reposting, or commercial use without written permission.

7) Recordings & testimonials

Group calls may be recorded for members. By participating, you grant Manifest Love Coaching permission to record and make recordings available inside the program. You may turn off video/name if you prefer. If you submit a testimonial or tag us publicly, you grant us a license to use it (name, likeness, words) for marketing, without further approval or payment.

8) Confidentiality & privacy

We respect your privacy and expect the same among members. We can’t control member behavior; avoid sharing sensitive details you wouldn’t want disclosed. See our Privacy Policy at https://manifestlovecoaching.com/privacy.

9) Third-party tools

We use platforms like Squarespace, Stripe, Zoom, email providers, and community tools. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

10) Disclaimers & liability limit

Services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Manifest Love Coaching is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to amounts you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Manifest Love Coaching harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Minors

Services are for adults 18+. Do not enroll minors.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; the “Effective” date will change. Continued use means acceptance.
